Snowdon Summit For Sunrise
Qualified Mountain Leader Guide(s) ◊ Optional breakfast & accommodation
Qualified Mountain Leader Guide(s)
Optional breakfast & accommodation

Snowdon’s Llanberis route profile.
It’s a wonderful experience seeing the sunrise in the east over Snowdonia, and what better place to be than the summit of Snowdon itself? You could be walking up under a blanket of stars, or in the mist such is this challenge! Snowdon’s weather is unpredictable and may certainly add to the challenge.
Route: Llanberis.
Cost: £75 pp. See the two funding options below.
Min numbers: A min of 4 pax is required to run these groups.
General Details – We meet in the Llanberis Mountain railway car park at the designated time for a full safety briefing. The guide will lead the group up the track in what will be relative darkness to begin with (less the head torches). As you progress, the twilight will begin to surface and it will get light well before the sun is due to break the horizon. We will reach the summit area in good time for you to relax and enjoy the sunrise. We return to Llanberis for an optional group hearty breakfast (client expense but you will have earned it).
Funding Options
Self Fund – The client pays for the trip themselves, direct to Travel and Trek Limited (£30 deposit on booking + £45 balance 4 weeks prior to departure). Sponsored – The client pays the £30 deposit direct to Travel and Trek Limited. In addition, the client then commits to raising a minimum of £90, usually through an online donation website such as JustGiving. That £90 fundraising target must be reached 4 weeks prior to departure. From that £90, the charity pays Travel and Trek Limited the remaining £45 trip fee. Any donations received above £90 are retained by the charity in full.
